Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility 

 Providing a valid postal code is required for participation. By submitting their postal code, participants agree that this data may be used internally for analysis and research purposes. 

2. Benefit 

 Upon registration, members receive a personal discount code that grants 15% off the total bill in all restaurants and bars within Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. 

 4. Reservation required & identification 

 A reservation is required to redeem the discount. The personal code must be provided at the time of booking and staff may request a matching ID or the email used for registration. 

5. Blackout dates & special events 

 The discount is not valid on public holidays and may be excluded during select city or hotel events (e.g., major festivals, hotel hosted special events). Specific blackout dates will be communicated in advance where practicable. 

 6. Group size 

 Unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation, the discount applies to a maximum of 4 guests per Card per bill. Larger groups are excluded beyond this limit. 

 7. Not combinable 

 The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, set menus, packages, vouchers, special offers, or discounts. 

 8. Program validity & changes 

 The Friends of The Grand Card has no end date; however, individual discount codes, offers or dates may be changed or discontinued at any time. The hotel may modify, suspend, or terminate the program (in whole or in part) without prior notice. 

 9. Sole valid neighbor discount from 1 April 2026 

 Effective 1 April 2026, the Friends of The Grand Card becomes the only valid discount offered by Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam for Food and Beverage services. All prior discount cards, passes, and historical “neighbor” offers are invalid as of that date. 

 10. Personal & non transferable; no cash value 

 The discount code is strictly personal, non transferable, and may not be shared. The Card and discount have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

 11. Misuse In cases of misuse or suspected misuse (e.g., sharing codes, reselling benefits), the hotel may revoke the code and terminate participation immediately.

 12. Communications & privacy 

 By signing up, you may receive updates about seasonal experiences, culinary moments, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

 13. Governing terms 

 House policies of Participating Venues apply. Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam reserves all rights to interpret these Terms & Conditions.
